GABLES ROCK SPRINGS Atlanta, Georgia Project Description: A luxury apartment home community located within an in-town neighborhood on Atlanta’s east side. The site was an existing post-war apartment complex that was removed and redeveloped at a much higher density. Significant existing trees, topography, and the existing single family neighborhood were incorporated into the final hardscape and landscape design.
